"I love working with people to optimize performance and minimize injury within individual goals. I believe we are body, mind, and spirit and all three are tightly integrated and all need attention for one to be a truly healthy person."
"I have been a nationally certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2007. I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University as well as extensive training in Russian Kettlebells and Functional Movement Systems.
My training style is whole body functional movements which consists of exercises that require you to use your entire body and core stability to perform each movement. My focus is to help my clients achieve and maintain their personal level of optimal physical health, perform everyday activities such as moving furniture with ease and injury prevention.
In my spare time I enjoy boot camp style exercising, attending activities with my kids, and planning and organizing absolutely everything."
