CHILD CARE

The YMCA offers before and after-school childcare for several local schools. As a community partner in health and wellness, to keep students and staff healthy, we will not provide childcare during any school closure which directly results from Covid-19 mitigation measures.

We encourage students and families to follow the guidance of the Virginia Department of Health during school closures and quarantine. Once the school has reopened, we will offer childcare for our Y families.

Should the schools need to remain closed for an extended period of time we will review reopening our Beyond the Bell Virtual Learning Center.
