Better You Bootcamp is a full body functional fitness workout, with bursts of intensity all lead by experienced coaches. Better You Bootcamp is a personal training experience, in a small group setting. All workouts will be powered by Myzone interactive heart rate monitors. Members can see their progress as they workout either on their phones or the monitors in the Better You Bootcamp room.
