170 Years of Voices that Matter

Clean facility, great classes (and if you ever take their power yoga classes, you HAVE to go to Marinda's class, she is the best!). Weights area could be set up a little better, but there is a very wide variety of equipment available. Great pools, awesome kids pool area/water playground.

Just spent a little over 3 hours at the Family Pool at the Jamerson YMCA with two of my grandchildren. Although I am a long-term YMCA member I have limited my visits to the downtown branch (which I love, btw). Our Family Pool experience was off the charts. The lifeguards, the support staff, the hot tub, the slides, etc. far exceeded my expectations. Another Central

I have been to YMCA's all over the country and the Jamerson Family YMCA is by far the best! Randi and the entire staff are always very helpful and professional. It's never crowded and all of the equipment is always working and very clean.

Caitlin Church has been my daughter’s instructor since Stage 1, and she is now in Stage 3. Throughout this time, Caitlin has been absolutely amazing. She is friendly, patient, and consistently goes above and beyond to help my daughter become a confident and capable swimmer. I have never met an instructor who is as dedicated and determined as Caitlin when it comes to helping children

Where to start! I've been a member of the Jamerson YMCA for almost 25 years and it just keeps getting better! Crossfit is my daily love, but I also love the staff, the regularly updated equipment, the beautiful grounds, - no complaints ever! Wonderful classes and fantastic child care staff (the baby/toddler area was just expanded)! A huge thank you to this incredible, local, fitness

Just got my 3 kids signed up for swim lessons! Erica and her team were absolutely amazing. They were all friendly and the process was hands down the smoothest easiest one I have ever had signing my kids up for a class!

We have loved our swim lessons so far. Our daughter is 9months and has enjoyed the water and the fun lessons they have created. The instructors are so sweet and kind as well

Having 2 pools is really nice. If you want to swim laps there is usually plenty of room, with no waiting.
