CrossFit Kids Camp

CrossFit Kids Camp is an exciting and fun way for kids to stay active and learn healthy lifestyle habits. Our coaches provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability levels to better prepare your child for a long and healthy life.

During each session kids will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things kids need to do when they play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump.

Sports Camp

Participants will develop necessary life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship. At the same time, they will form and strengthen friendships, all while developing specialized skills specific to the sport of their chosen camp.

Mindfulness Camp

Kids Movement + Mindfulness Camp is infused with yoga movement, mindfulness activities, storytelling, exploring imagination, and relaxation techniques. Each day will include a balance of movement and stillness, and is sure to be filled with fun, laughter and togetherness.
