Barre Fight

A fun combination class of traditional Barre movements mixed with kickboxing moves. A perfect low impact workout that focuses on strength, control, and intervals of cardio spikes. All fitness levels are welcome!

Extreme Fit

Want to burn fat and tone muscle? This class has it all. HIIT training for 30 minutes including bodyweight exercises with some equipment and 15 minutes of core and stretch.


High-intensity interval training class for 30 minutes. The last 15 minutes of class is core and stretch.
