Class Descriptions

 

Aqua Bootcamp

All fitness levels can benefit from this high-intensity, interval workout using resistance equipment for an additional challenge. Combines strength and aerobic training with water resistance to give you an awesome overall body workout.


Aqua Groove

A high-energy dancercize class in the water!


Aqua Lite

A workout emphasizing range of motion, gentle stretching, and muscular strength while incorporating cardio bursts. Part of our Silver & Fit program.


Aqua Tabata

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HITT) workout in the water. Participants use maximal effort for a set amount of time and recover for a shorter amount of time for 8 rounds of work. For example, 20/10 seconds. Suspension and weights may also be used in class.


Aqua Tone

A combination of fat-burning cardio and muscle toning techniques using dumbbells and the resistance of the water. 


Aqua Yoga

The traditional forms and movements of ancient yoga are set in a warm water environment. Wonderful for balance, flexibility and strength.


Aqua Zumba®

Blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance for one pool party you shouldn’t miss. Less impact on your joints so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.


Cardio Combo

A water class that is a combination of deep and shallow work that focuses on cardio conditioning, with emphasis on specific muscle groups. Great high energy workout.


Cardio Energize

Challenging high-energy workout using a combination of shallow and deep-water exercises.


Deep Water

A great non-impact workout using floatation devices in the deep water.
