FREE COMMUNITY EVENT! Costumes are encouraged!
Community members and organizations are invited to be a host trunk and decorate their trunks in a scary, silly or funny manner.
Pre-registration for host trunks is required.
FLOATING PUMPKIN PATCH
YMCA of Central Virginia members are invited to make a splash at our annual Floating Pumpkin Patch on October 29th from 10 - 2pm at the Jamerson Family YMCA.
This event is free, pre registration is required.
Online registration opens September 20th.
Kidz Gym
Jamerson Family YMCA KidzGym will be sure to keep your family moving! Enjoy the newest interactive games, a climbing wall, inflatables, and activities with friends, all while being cared for by qualified and trained YMCA staff! Children with a YMCA family membership ages 5 to 14 years old are encouraged to check out Kidz Gym.

Family Swimming/Aquatics Playground
Your YMCA has four indoor pools!
The Jamerson Family YMCA has amenities for all ages, including a zero depth entry area for our smallest swimmers. Older swimmers will have a blast the water buckets and mushroom sprinklers; they are a family favorite.
Lap swimming and water play is available at both the Jamerson Family YMCA and the Downtown YMCA.
Year Round Swim School
The unfortunate dangers of living around water are with us year round - that's why the YMCA offers year round swim lessons! Our swim school will prepare swimmers of all ages and abilities to be safe while they are in or around the water.
Before and After School Care
The YMCA of Central Virginia Before and After School program is licensed through the state of Virginia Child Care Licensing Department. YMCA of Central Virginia Child Care works in partnership with your child's elementary school.
